Ray Wilkins is a native of San Jose, California and has been with Lebanon Baptist Church since February of 2001. He is a veteran of the US Army where he served as a Paratrooper from 1986-91 in Georgia and Panama. He is a graduate of Union University with a BA in Religious studies and a minor in Business. He also holds a Master's degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, as well as, a PhD in Theology and Philosophy. His wife and partner in ministry is Christie Wilkins from Scotts Hill, Tennessee and they have four children; Brett , Carrie, Jonathan, and Jenna.

Matthew McAnally was called to Lebanon Baptist Church in August of 2010. Born and raised in McKinney, Texas; graduating from McKinney High School. Matthew was called to the ministry to lead worship when he was 17 years old. He graduated from Dallas Baptist University in May of 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Music. His wife, Stefan, has been by his side since they were 16 years old.
