Foundation Bible Study Classes
The purpose of these classes is to provide not only a place for people to learn and study the scriptures but where each person can build relationships and be ministered to on a more personal level. It is here where the biblical meaning of fellowship (koinonia) is developed. We offer several classes for people to choose from.
Adult II (age 40+)

This class is for couples or singles seeking a deeper fellowship with other believers and growth in the knowledge of the scriptures. Our Sunday morning class is the best place to connect with others and build a deeper spiritual foundation. Please come and join us.
The summer 2009 Sunday School lessons will focus on the New Testament books of Galatians and James. We will start with Galatians, the first letter written by the great apostle Paul. Paul wrote the letter to a group of churches he established on his first missionary journey. In the 12-18 months since his time with them, some false teachers had infiltrated the churches and were teaching a "grace plus" approach to salvation and the Christian life. Paul writes the letter to correct this false teaching.
Come, join us, as we study the "colorful metaphors" and biting sarcasm Paul uses to defeat these enemies of the cross. We will end the summer studying the book of James, the first written New Testament book. James, the half-brother of Jesus, wrote this book to help his fellow Jewish Christians realize that saving faith is more than intellectual assent. Saving faith requires action, but not just any action. It demands action based on knowledge of the Word. Come, study the Word with us and learn how to live your faith.

Our class is a place where we can build community with one another, have fun, explore the Bible together, pray for each other and so much more.
